Job Title: Executive Recruitment Consultant Sector: Legal and Professional Reporting to: Divisional Manager Location: Worcester Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 Bonus: Realistic OTE £50,000 + We have the pleasure of working with a professional and dynamic recruitment company based in the heart of Worcester City. Our client is continuing its impressive growth strategy following its strong performance in 2020 which has continued into 2021. This strategy has opened up an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to join their dynamic team. If you can demonstrate success of filling roles Circa £30,000 plus and understand the requirements below then we would like to have a confidential chat to arrange an interview. PURPOSE of the Executive Recruitment Consultant To effectively contribute to the growth and success of the business through developing and winning new business and successfully placing candidates, for the mutual benefit of the business, clients, candidates and colleagues; and to achieve this in a manner which upholds and promotes the company. RESPONSIBILITIES · To generate and earn fees in line with agreed fee income targets, placements · Work with motive and manage the teams shared recruitment assistant resource · Manage the recruitment process and develop their assigned area of recruitment activity · Identify and successfully develop new business opportunities · Assess and meet client/candidate demands, advising best processes as appropriate and match client/candidate requirements by: · Effective utilisation of CRM system · Advertise assignment · Head hunt · Full utilisation of all company services · Attend client visits and prepare written proposals when and where required · Negotiate terms of business, agree fee arrangements with new clients in line with company policy and record these on the CRM Database · Act in account management/single point of contact when required · (When restrictions allow) Attend exhibitions, networking events, industry related events as required and where appropriate to maintain market and industry knowledge · Ensure clients, candidates and colleagues are at all times given a positive and professional image of the business · Have an awareness of all company business units, identifying and communicating opportunities to the relevant Manager SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND BEHAVIOURS: · Technical/ commercial experience, recruitment, industry, sales · Trustworthy, upholds and clearly demonstrates to others the values of the business · Sales, target driven · Interact at all levels · Commercial awareness · IT literate · Professional conduct to reflect terms and conditions of employment MEASURES · Actual v. targets · Submissions · Calls made · Interviews generated · Offers per month · Starters per month · Business development, new business won Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: 360 Recruitment: 2 years (preferred) Recruitment: 2 years (preferred) Flexible Working Options Available: Not offered Work remotely: No COVID-19 precaution(s): Remote interview process Social distancing guidelines in place Virtual meetings
